Lakemont Now Offers Lake View Homesites!

Lakemont Shores, Lakemont’s newest village, is now open!  This new village is home to Lakemont’s final recreation site:  an expansive park setting featuring a gazebo, picnic area, landing and tiered hill, all overlooking the community’s newest lake.

 

Brighton Homes and J Patrick Homes have recently released a limited number of lake view homesites in this new section, where new homes are priced from the $260’s to the $300’s and are located on spacious home sites.

Brighton Homes just opened a beautiful new model home, the Chandler.  This spacious floor plan offers 6 bedrooms and three and one half baths encompassing 4,208 square feet.
