GARBAGE PICK UP SCHEDULE
Royal Disposal and Recycling provides garbage pick-up. Pick-up days are Monday and Thursday. Trash should be put out by 7 a.m. the day of pick-up. The service pick-up is from the garage door for attached garages and from the front corner of the home for detached garages. If you have lawn maintenance debris for disposal of it must be placed at the curb. There is a 10 bag maximum limit on the number of bags. For heavy trash pick-up, please call Royal Disposal to schedule. Moving boxes should be broken down and bundled. If you should have any further questions, contact Royal Disposal directly at 713-526-1536 or via their website www.royaldisposal.com .
Please note that owners are responsible for contacting Royal Disposal and Recycling in order to set up collection services. Owners will pay separate fees to Royal Disposal and Recycling exclusive of the annual community association assessments.
